BJJ BEGINNERS

This class is just for beginners and white belts! We’ve created a friendly and supportive space where you can learn the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our goal is to welcome you in and help you build a solid foundation using simple, basic concepts using our Acosta Progressive System method.
In just one month (four classes), you’ll get a full understanding of the fundamentals, including guards and guard passing. You’ll also learn at least one takedown and a few submissions, so you can confidently start rolling with other students and join our BJJ All Levels Class.
Mondays @ 5pm
BJJ ALL LEVELS

Open to all belts and skill levels, this class is where we dive deep into one specific guard each month. Following the Acosta Progressive System, we’ll cover everything: sweeps, submissions, and even how to defend against and pass that guard. We also integrate takedowns and guard pulls to give you a complete understanding.
Through high-repetition drills, you’ll gain true mastery of the techniques from each monthly module, allowing you to seamlessly apply and evolve them during the rolling sessions at the end of the class.
Mondays & Thursdays @ 6pm
Wednesdays @12pm
BJJ NO-GI

This class is open to all students, from white to black belts, and is taught without the traditional gi.
We adapt our Acosta Progressive System method and techniques specifically for no-gi grappling. Each session focuses on exploring takedowns, guards, guard passes, opponent control, and submissions. You’ll master the application of these techniques and develop them during the rolling sessions at the end of class.
Tuesdays @ 6pm
BJJ KIDS (8-14 years)

This class is designed to introduce more advanced Jiu-Jitsu techniques to older children through the Acosta Progressive System. While still a fun and engaging environment, our focus shifts to developing a deeper understanding of the martial art.
Students will learn more complex techniques, positional control, and submissions, all while building on the core values of discipline, respect, and confidence. Our goal is to equip them with effective self-defence skills and help them grow as confident, resilient individuals, both on and off the mats. A gi is required.
Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 5pm
BJJ TOTS (3-7 years)

This class introduces Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to young children through games and imaginative play. For ages 3-7, the primary goal is to build a positive relationship with movement and grappling, rather than focusing on complex techniques. While we make learning fun, we also focus on the core values of martial arts and lay the foundation for an effective self-defence system. Students will develop fundamental motor skills, body awareness, and discipline in a structured environment. A gi is required.
Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 4pm
BJJ DRILLS

Drills are a core part of any effective Jiu-Jitsu training programme. While rolling (sparring) allows you to apply your skills in a live setting, drills are designed to help you build and refine those skills.
Here are the main benefits of BJJ drills:
1. Muscle Memory and Automation
2. Improved Technical Precision
3. Enhanced Physical Attributes
4. Safe Learning Environment
5. Building a Connected Game
All levels and affiliates welcome.
